A) Purposes of processing:

Under the effects of the Regulation, the personal data collected will be processed, through automated storage in the data controller’s computer system, for purposes related to the activities of the data controller and the services:

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in section 3 (a-b-c) is Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation as the treatments are necessary for the provision of the contracted services. The provision of Personal Data for these purposes is optional but the failure to provide them would make it impossible to activate the Services requested.
The purpose referred to in section 3(d) represents a legitimate processing of Personal Data under Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation. Once the Personal Data is provided, the processing may indeed be necessary to fulfill legal obligations.

C) Subjects to whom the data may be communicated – scope of data dissemination

The personal data you have provided may be communicated exclusively to:

D) Rights of the data subject under Articles 15,18,20,77 of the Regulation

5.2 the right to be informed of the origin of the personal data (Article 15), the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, the identifying details of the data controller, the data processors and the designated representative, the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s)

in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.

5.3. the right to obtain updating, rectification, or, where interested therein, integration of the data, the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;

5.4. the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection.

5.5. the right to lodge a complaint with supervisory authorities (Data Protection Authority), pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.

5.6. the right to request from the data controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the Regulation, and to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data concerning him or her, in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation.

E) Legal basis of processing

We inform site users that the legal basis for data processing is Italian law (part of the European community);

F) Data retention period

The Personal Data processed will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes. In any case, since these are treatments carried out for the provision of Services, we will process Personal Data up to the time allowed by Italian law to protect our interests (Art. 2946 c.c. and ss.).

Personal Data processed for the purposes listed in section A will be kept until the time provided by the specific obligation or applicable legal standard. For example, as already specified, traffic data will be kept for justice purposes for seven years from their generation; otherwise, they will be sthoursd for 3 years.

Your Personal Data will be used for informational purposes (section A 1.3) until you revoke your consent or for three years after you have ceased to be our customer, or have simply registered on the Site, and have not made any purchase of products or services. In any case, we reserve the right to retain your Personal Data for the period allowed by Italian law to protect our interests (Art. 2947(1)(3) c.c.).
